Pure Cotswolds honey is the star ingredient of our Honey Pot soap. It is ethically and sustainably harvested by V&L Honeymakers without the use of pesticides and antibiotics. It is extracted in their premises in the Cotswolds, where big fields of borage, broad beans flowers and sweet clover plantations surround the bee sites ensuring delicious and nutritious mixed flower honey every year. Just as importantly, only part of the honey is removed from the hives to ensure that there is enough left for the bees themselves.
Creamy, organic coconut milk perfectly complements the Cotswolds honey to create a mild, gentle soap bar with a lovely dense and bubbly lather. We keep Honey Pot extra pure by leaving it essential oil free.
Our Honey Pot natural soap is handcrafted in the traditional cold process method with a blend of high quality plant oils and butters. It is vegetarian (not vegan as it includes honey) and free of synthetic fragrances, colourants and preservatives.
Its 100% plant-derived oil base is a blend of unrefined cocoa butter, organic shea butter, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil and unrefined castor oil.
Honey Pot is packaged in a biodegradable paper soap bag and will arrive in a Myrtle & Soap box made from ecological cardboard, filled with natural wood wool and sprinkled with rose petals.
